Some of our children are taught in a small specialist group for English and Maths. They have personalised learning programme that is delivered in a multi sensory style. Mrs Foster is supported by Mrs Cross and Miss Snelgrove.
Mrs Foster delivers speech and language programmes to some of our children. This can be individualised or in small groups.
Mrs Foster also delivers Lego therapy and Play therapy sessions to groups of children.
Mrs Foster also organises and runs the Woodfall Rotakids Club, who work in partnership with Neston Rotary Club to raise awareness and money for local and international charities. This year our international charity is ‘end polio now’ and our local charity is Neston foodbank. We raise money holding non uniform days and cake sales.

In Key Stage 2 (Y3-6), some of our children are taught in smaller groups for English and Maths. Both Mrs Mills and Mrs Hall deliver high quality teaching to ensure that each of our pupils make progress. Their expertise and valuable skill set engages pupils in personalised learning activities and small intervention groups which are designed to deepen key understanding. They both deliver additional sessions in:
- timestable or mental arithmetic
- SPAG
- Reading comprehension
- Motor skills
Teachers: Mrs Wigley, Mr Ratnaike and Mrs Mylchreest
Both Mrs Wigley, Mr Ratnaike and Mrs Mylchreest deliver small Math lessons in KS2. Their high expectations and quality sessions promote mathematical curiosity, support our pupils with fundamental skills and engage pupils to reach their full potential.
